7 SEAS COMBO

With so much seafood variety, we decided to throw all our marine life into a beautiful and delicious seafood soup!
Soups are a great way to use up a lot of ingredients and keep the yum going for days. Some people say their soups taste even better after a day or two, since the flavors continue mixing and developing in the fridge. It’s always great to keep some 7 seas combo in the house to make a quick soup that’ll last the week.

IMITATION ABALONE

Imitation Abalone is made of squid, seasoned in abalone flavouring. It can be served as appetizer, steamboat or stir fry with your favourite vegetables, cooked with porridge and more. Eat and enjoy it in many ways.

PREMIUM CRAB FLAKES

Real crab tends to be higher in sodium than imitation crab, though both make a big contribution toward the daily limit of 2,300 mg. Salt is often added to both real and imitation crab, though the amount varies by brand.
Imitation crab is also convenient, as it can be added to dishes without further preparation. Additionally, some imitation crab sticks are packaged in grab-and-go, snack-sized portions with dipping sauce.

FROZEN OCTOPUS

Cooking and preparing frozen octopus always results in a better, tastier dish. Even if you buy an octopus freshly caught, it is best to freeze it for a couple of days before eating it. The freezing process breaks down the fibers inside the octopus, making it more tender and easier to cook, and giving it the best texture. Freezing also means you can store the octopus for a longer time while retaining its fresh taste.
